5. Intellectual Property

6. Keeping Things Confidential

Trust is the foundation of our work together. We'll protect your confidential information with the same care we give our own, and we expect the same courtesy regarding our proprietary methods and materials. Specific confidentiality terms will be detailed in your service agreement.

7. Service Agreements

For any consulting or implementation work, we'll create a clear service agreement that covers:

8. Liability

We stand behind our work, but we also need to be realistic about risk. Our liability for any issues arising from our services is limited to the fees you've paid for the specific services in question. 9. Ending Our Engagement

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We hope it never comes to that, but if circumstances change, we want the process to be straightforward for everyone. Upon termination, we'll ensure a smooth handover of any work in progress.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know. Your continued use of our services after any updates means you're happy with the new terms.

11. Resolving Disagreements

If something isn't working, let's talk about it. We're committed to resolving any issues through open, good-faith discussion. If we can't sort things out between us, any formal disputes will be handled under UK law.
